Timeline: Most pads are poured and cured in 2–3 weeks.

Once the slab cures:
- Steel package is delivered
- Erection begins: frame, siding, roof, doors
- Build continues through trim and final touch-ups
Timeline: A 5,000–10,000 SF building takes about 4–6 weeks depending on weather and crew access.
✅ Step 6: Final Walkthrough & Turnover
At the final stage:
- We schedule final inspections
- Review the structure together
- Knock out any punch list items
