With over 18 years of leadership in manufacturing, Justin brings deep expertise in quality management and global supply chain operations, including extensive experience in Asia & Middle East. A graduate of Texas A&M University (2007) and holder of an MBA from the University of Houston (2015), Justin spent 15 years in the oil and gas sector, where he served on the Executive Board and led strategic supply chain and quality initiatives. He believes long-term success depends on a company’s commitment to quality, streamlined internal processes, and the adoption of state-of-the-art technology. Outside of work, Justin enjoys golfing, perfecting smoked meats, and spending time with his wife and three sons.

David Garcia
CIO, Managing Partner
David brings over 17 years of experience in the metal building industry, specializing in engineering and software development for pre-engineered metal buildings (PEBs). He holds a Computer Science degree from MIT and began his career in startups before transitioning to the metal building sector in 2006. His unique combination of technical expertise and industry knowledge drives innovative solutions across design and engineering. CRO, Managing Partner
Payton holds a degree from Texas State University and brings 15 years of manufacturing experience with deep expertise in operations, supply chain, and project management. He has served five years on the Executive Board, contributing to strategic direction at the leadership level. Known for his hands-on approach, Payton excels at developing high-performing teams, improving production efficiency, and driving organizational transparency. Outside the office, he enjoys boating, running, and spending quality time with his wife and three children.

Mehadi brings 8 years of experience in steel building engineering and quality management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects to successful completion. He has been instrumental in achieving ISO certifications while streamlining operations through digital workflows and data-driven KPIs. As Managing Partner at SNAP/Global Steel Partners, Mehadi combines technical precision with strategic innovation to deliver certified steel structures. He is dedicated to continuous improvement, team development, and building collaborative work environments. Mehadi holds a Civil Engineering degree and is fluent in English and Bengali. His interests include emerging technology and travel.

Sandy is a lawyer who graduated with honors from Universidad Romulo Gallegos, bringing extensive experience in legal and operational management across Latin America. As General Manager overseeing all LATAM operations, she handles client and company relations, including contract management, vendor evaluation and relations, inter-office coordination, legal compliance, and regulatory roadmap development. Her expertise ensures smooth project execution while maintaining regulatory standards and fostering strong partnerships. Sandy divides her time between key regional offices to support strategic initiatives and team collaboration.

Juan is a licensed architect with a degree from the Instituto Universitario Politécnico Santiago Mariño, bringing 7 years of experience delivering industrial, pharmaceutical, commercial, agricultural, and residential projects. His expertise spans prismatic and tapered beam frames, open and closed web truss systems, and lightweight steel frame construction. This technical foundation enables him to guide projects seamlessly from concept through site handover, combining precise 2D/3D modeling with rigorous cost and schedule management. As Regional Manager overseeing all Central and South American initiatives, Juan maintains strategic focus, provides disciplined leadership, and consistently delivers results. He divides his time between Cali, Colombia and Montevideo, Uruguay. Office: Cali, Colombia

Atiquzzaman Nahid is a civil engineer with 4 years of experience specializing in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and steel frame systems. His expertise encompasses detailed connection design, shop drawing production, and comprehensive coordination between engineering, fabrication, and field teams. Proficient in leading 2D/3D detailing software and rigorous code compliance, Nahid delivers accurate, construction-ready models that ensure on-schedule, cost-controlled project completion. As Regional Detailing Manager for East Asia, he leads our engineering office and oversees all project detailing and quality assurance initiatives across the region.
